Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SniprIQ (“the Service”), operated from Austria.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

SniprIQ provides tools that support outbound communication, messaging preparation, and account-level analysis. You are responsible for how you use the Service and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and electronic communications regulations.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes

  • Violate applicable email, privacy, or data protection laws

  • Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service

  • Rely on the Service as a substitute for legal or compliance advice

3. No Guarantee of Results

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, response rates, revenue, or business results.

4. Payments

Access to certain features requires payment. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

5. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms as needed.

6. Email Account Access (Google and Microsoft)


If a user chooses to connect an email account provided by Google or Microsoft, SniprIQ accesses the relevant email APIs only after explicit user consent.

This access is used solely to:
 

  • Send emails on the user’s behalf as part of outbound campaigns initiated by the user

  • Display sending status and basic delivery information related to those emails
     

SniprIQ does not read personal inbox messages and does not access email content beyond what is required to send messages initiated by the user.
 

OAuth access tokens are stored securely and used only for the authorized functionality.
Users may revoke access at any time through their Google or Microsoft account settings.

SniprIQ does not use email data for advertising purposes and does not sell or share email data with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SniprIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if the Service is misused.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Austrian courts.
